The partnership has developed the European Instructional Designer specialist’ eLearning course, which allows learners to acquire the learning outcomes previously developed for the Competence Matrix and qualifying into Instructional Designer Experts.
The target groups are a) teachers & trainers; b) education and training technicians; c) staff that supports the development of digital learning experiences in VET, HE and corporate looking for upskilling; d) professionals with a background in communication, educational sciences, and design wishing to reskill.
The EIDe’ eLearning course features several different materials such as responsive eLearning screens, downloadable sheets, expert videos, an interactive diagram, multiple choice questions, project assignments for individual self-study, practical exercises and an Artificial Intelligent (AI) Tutor Bot.
The bot should be embedded in the LMS (or in the communication platform used to support learners through the eLearning course, if not the LMS).
The eLearning course is designed to have both synchronous and asynchronous sessions, taking advantage of the benefits of both. It will have a positive impact on learners who will have the opportunity to experience a state-of-the-art digital learning experience tailored to their needs and that will potentiate the best learning results possible. Stakeholders will have the opportunity to adopt these results in their training offers and the ability to provide this learning experience to their own staff.
